It is officially wedding season! Gus and I have been invited to three for this spring and summer, which is more than usual, so it will be a fun and busy season! I have wanted to do a flower crown post for quite some time and thought it would be so great to do a more artsy shoot. This look would be a wonderful bridesmaid or wedding guest outfit (probably without the flower crown lol!)

This great, lavender dress from Lulus was perfect for this shoot! The layered ruffles are a dream and move so well! Also, the off the shoulder cut is so flattering and feminine. I purchased this dress at the very first signs of spring, but since then, it has sold out. However, I have found some great similar options links above!

These shoes from Macys have been in my closet for a while and are a staple wedding heel for me! The wide heel is great for being outside, since they don't sink in the grass and it keeps them pretty comfortable, even though they are a taller heel. I also like that they have a gorgeous floral pattern that adds some style and sweetness to any look. These also are old, so they are no longer available except for some select sizes on Poshmark or Ebay.

I have shared this faux pearl bag from Amazon a couple times and love it so much! (See it styled here and here) Amazon is such a great place to find deals on fashion. This bag is still a great spring accessory. I like the structure that it provides to the flowy outfit! The designer version of this bag is around $700, but this look alike is only $70!

This entire look was planned around this simply gorgeous flower crown by FlowersLovers on Etsy. I highly recommend checking out their store! They have so many flower crowns and even make custom orders to match wedding colors. All of them are so pretty and I wish I could have them all in my closet!

I also accessorized with sweet pearls and floral rings. The pearls were a gift from my mom when I was in high school and the rings were from both Rocksbox and H&M.

I finished off the look with some purple, yes purple, lipstick by Bite Beauty found at Sephora! This was my first time wearing this shade and I loved it. This particular lipstick, which is all natural by the way, was super smooth. It went surprisingly well with my skin tone and wasn't too flashy. Did I mention there are 46 different shades!?
