I am obsessed with dresses in general, but this brand has my heart. Gal Meets Glam started out as a Charleston based lifestyle and beauty blog, but with a partnership through Nordstrom, has turned into the best brand for dresses ever (in my humble opinion). The styles in this brand are classic, feminine, modest, and flirty! They are everything I look for in a dress. The brand comes out with new dresses each month, which is very exciting but damaging for my bank account. 😅 I am currently and impatiently counting down the days until the September drop on the 19th. This dress was perfect for the abnormally warm weather that we had yesterday. The fabric is light, but good quality, and it doesn't wrinkle very easily, so it would be good for travel. The beige background to the floral pattern made the dress feel like a transitional piece that will work well into fall even though I believe it was dropped in the spring. As the weather cools off, just throw on a beige or burgundy cardigan!
I paired this beautiful dress with a Calvin Klein belt bag from Macys and some beige lace-up heels. This particular belt bag was not small enough to fit snugly around my waist, so I wear it more like a cross-body bag on its loosest setting. I do love the bag's quality and that it is fairly large for a belt bag, so it has plenty of storage. I could not find the exact heels that I am wearing, but I found some that are very similar from Lulus. They added just the perfect touch of sass to the outfit! For my jewelry, I wore rings from a 9 pack set from H&M. They are pretty inexpensive, and all can be paired together, so they are great for any outfit! I also wore some Kate Spade floral drop earrings and a gold and pearl cuff bracelet. I have linked everything above!
